About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Academic Leadership: Develop and revise curriculums to meet regulatory requirements (UGC, NAAC, NIRF), develop lesson plans, and lead departmental academic initiatives.
- Teaching & Training: Deliver classroom lectures and supervise practical laboratory experiments in related field like hematology, clinical biochemistry, microbiology, and molecular diagnostics.
- Research & Publication: Publish research findings in Scopus or high-impact journals, secure research grants, and guide postgraduate/Ph.D. student dissertations.
- Clinical Supervision: Guide students during hospital laboratory postings, ensuring proficiency in diagnostic techniques and adherence to safety/quality protocols.
- Mentorship & Evaluation: Evaluate student progress, mentor them on career development, and organize workshops/workshops/faculty development programs (FDPs)
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Ph.D. in related fields is typically required for professorship, with a Master's degree (M.Sc. MLT) being the minimum requirement for professors.
- Experience: 12–15 years of experience in teaching and research, with proven publications and experience in NAAC/accreditation processes.
- Skills: Expertise in related field, high-quality research, curriculum design, and familiarity with digital learning tools
